Sorbet with sour cherries and crunchy with ricotta
Instructions
Sour cherry jam blend with ice until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth sorbet.
Heat the jam with a little water in a pan.
In another pan, dissolve the sugar, then add Rosemary and let cool the crispy.
Whisk the ricotta with the icing sugar and sour cherries into pieces and serve it with crispy and sorbet.
