Instructions
Wash the mint leaves and dry them with paper towels.
Blend with milk, sugar and crushed ice.
Pour into tall glasses from drink, decorate with some pieces of fruit and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 leaves fresh mint
- 60 cl of cold milk
- 8 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of crushed ice
