Mint flavoured vinegar
Instructions
Clean mint leaves passing them with a rag moistened and well wrung out.
It is not necessary to remove the leaves from the stalks and, if some flowery branch was, the vinegar will be even more fragrant.
Pour the vinegar into a saucepan and bring slowly to a boil, add the Mint, stir and remove from heat.
After 5 min, filtered bottled and close the bottle when it is very cold.
Let stand a month.
Excellent for salads, raw and cooked vegetables, sauces.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 large handful of fresh mint leaves
