Instructions
Blend the egg yolks, sugar, wine and then place into a mold.
Put to cook in a Bain-Marie.
When the water boils, remove it from the heat and then add the cream and chopped toasted almonds and half the cream.
Then pour in a cup of this mixture, add ice cream over fruit salad and garnish with whipped cream and almonds.

- 4 egg yolks
- 125 g of icing sugar
- 1 glass white wine
