Instructions
Grease a pan with a diameter of about 20-22 cm tall, and sprinkle with flour, then turn the mold to bring down the excess flour.
Pour into a zuppierina the egg yolks with sugar.
With a small whisk vigorously until you beat the eggs nicely fluffy.
Add the chocolate mixing little with a wooden spoon mix very gently washing the hazelnuts and whipped egg whites.
When all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, pour the mixture into the cake tin, livellatene the surface and place in the oven already warm (170-200 degrees) and bake for about 40 minutes.
Divide the Black Forest into two or three parts.
Place on serving dish the basic disk sprinkling it with the juice of the cherries, kirsch and some bit of cherries then spalmatela with the third part (if you have divided into three parts if not split in two) previously mounted cream.
Put on the second disc and proceed as before over the last download disc and cover with the remaining cream evenly to the black forest.
Garnish with chocolate leaves and some icing.
If not you can now save any trimmed day in the fridge wrapped in a sheet of metallic paper.

- 4 egg yolks
- 200 g of sugar
- 50 g of grated chocolate
- 200 g of ground hazelnuts
- 4 egg whites mounted to snow
- 30 cl of whipping cream
- Kirsch
- 50 g of chocolate leaves
- Some of cherries in syrup
