Tomino with pears
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and cut them into clean and finely sliced pears, open the tomini as were sandwiches by filling and place on bottom half of each speck, pears, vegetables, bacon and finally the upper half of the cheese.
Passed in hot oven (180 degrees) for 5 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tomini cheese equal
- 2 type abbot pear
- 1 small basket of radicchio di treviso
- 2 carrots
- 100 g of speck
