Melissa herb tea, lavender, hawthorn, roman chamomile and lime
Instructions
Put to soak the herbs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
After filtered and sweetened with Linden honey, drink hot tea.
It is a very useful herbal tea to treat insomnia.

- 250 g of non-sparkling mineral water
- 1 teaspoon of melissa
- 1 teaspoon of lavender
- 1 teaspoon of hawthorn
- 1 teaspoon of roman chamomile
- 1 teaspoon of linden
- Linden honey
