Tiramisu with coconut and cocoa
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then the egg cream, mascarpone, brandy and mix well so that they do not remain of the lumps.
Divide the cream in half and United in one part cocoa and add the coconut.
Then i soaked ladyfingers in the coffee left cool, start to make the first layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish on top, starting with the Coconut cream.
Cover the ladyfingers with half of the mascarpone cream, keep it up until the ingredients.
Sprinkle the surface of the tiramisu with cocoa.
Leave in the fridge until you bring to the table.

- 500 g of mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 500 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 50 g of cocoa
- 50 g of desiccated coconut
- Mocha 9 1 of coffee
- Bitter cocoa powder
- 1 glass of brandy
