Instructions

Free fruit (dates, plums) from Peel and pits.

You Stomp the almonds blanched and peeled first in order to make a smooth mash.

There you add icing sugar in proportion of half the weight of the almonds.

Color everything with a bit of vegetable dye.

With the pastina fill various fruits.
