Blueberry tartlets
Instructions
Wash the blueberries and dry them gently.
Spread the jam on the bottom pastries and fill them with blueberries.
In a saucepan heat the Lemon Jelly with a teaspoon of maraschino and brush the blueberries with this mixture and garnish with sprigs of cream.

- 4 tablespoons of ripe blueberries
- 4 tablespoons of raspberry jam
