Sweet noodles
Instructions
Prepare the batter for crepes with eggs, flour, milk and melted butter.
When the mixture is smooth and without lumps Cook the crepes in a non-stick frying pan.
Roll them up and cut them into strips 5 mm wide.
Blend the strawberries.
Whip the cream with sugar.
Place the noodles in a tray, irrorarli with the Strawberry Smoothie, cover with whipped cream and decorate with grated chocolate.

- 125 g of flour
- 250 g of milk
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of melted butter
- 150 g of strawberries
- 250 g of whipping cream
- 20 g of icing sugar
- Grated chocolate
