Instructions
Whisk the ricotta with the kernels of nuts, pine nuts and chopped almonds.
You soften the sultanas in hot milk, drain and add to the mixture.
Cook the pasta in salted water, dress with the ricotta cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of fresh tagliatelle pasta type
- 300 g of ricotta
- 50 g of sultanas
- 10 nuts
- 10 almonds
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
