Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread slice.
Divide the rest of the slice into two parts.
Leave to dry bread and crusts for a night.
The day after grinding the crust in a bowl, add the hazelnuts and the tablespoon of wheat germ.
In another bowl mix the butter and the peanut oil until well blended.
Dip one of the two pieces of dry bread in peanut butter; then rotolatelo in the bowl of nuts and wheat germ.

- 1 slice of bread
- 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon of wheat germ
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coconut
