Spumoni royal
Instructions
Prepare the ' fruit ' Frothy (see recipe), using cherries.
When I extract it from Spumoni is ready the freezer and knock it for a few moments with the wooden spoon to whisk it.
Cut the bread of Spain in three layers of equal thickness, farcitelo with the frothy mascarpone and then recompose.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour so that the ice cream can be consolidated again.
When you bring to the table, decorated the ' royal ' with plenty of frothy whipped cream and cherries with choice.
Serve immediately.
