Frothy coffee drinks
Instructions
In a pan pour a cup of hot coffee and melt the chocolate and half the sugar.
Whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and dilute the mixture, pour in the lukewarm milk.
Place the bowl in a Bain-Marie stirring until the cream thickens.
Add to the mixture the chocolate squaglio and let cool stirring.
When it is cold, gently mix the whipped cream.
Pour into a mold to bring to the table and keep in the fridge.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 2 cups of strong coffee
- 150 g of bitter chocolate
- 150 g of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- 300 g of cream
- 1 packet of gelatin
