Spaghetti with walnuts
Instructions
In a Pan fry the crushed garlic and parsley oil.
When garlic is golden, add the chopped walnuts and cook at low heat for a few minutes.
Boil spaghetti in salted water.
Drain, pour into a bowl and toss with the sauce with walnuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 25 walnut kernels
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
