Instructions
Put on the heat a pan with water and sugar; bring to a boil and boil for 2 or 3 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool.
Puree the melon pulp divided into small pieces and add to the syrup, mixing well.
Blend and pour the mixture into a container bottom metal, put it in the freezer and let it stand for 2 or 3 hours.
When frozen, break it well with a fork and frullatelo.
If necessary, put it back in the freezer about 20 minutes.
