Smetana to fruit
Instructions
Together mascarpone in a bowl, cream, lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes, then whip the mixture with the whisk until double in volume.
Add gelatin dissolved in 20 cl of lukewarm water and jam.
Mix again and pour the cream in cups.
Put in refrigerator and serve decorated with fruit slices.

- 100 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of cream
- 2 lemons
- 125 g of icing sugar
- Pin 1 of vanilla
- 10 g of fruit jelly
- 4 tablespoons of jam to taste
- Fresh fruit
