Puff pastry with anchovy Fillets
Instructions
On a countertop, previously sprinkled with flour, roll out the puff pastry that you pulled out of the fridge at least 10 minutes before use and using a knife made of squares.
Place a fillet on each of the drained anchovies and close to the triangle edges by pressing with your fingers.
Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg yolk and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
Serve hot immediately.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 1 jar of anchovies in olive oil without bones
- 1 egg yolk
