Get tamarind fruit in herbal medicine and cook in water until it becomes a cream.
After filter with a clean linen cloth, you nudge a few hours and then let it boil with the sugar for a few minutes.
Let cool and then bottled.
Note: use very juicy fruit, steel pans, stir with wooden spoon.
