Instructions
With a regular cut engraving via the upper shell of the pineapple, with all clump.
With a scooper removed before the Woody core of the fruit, then part of the pulp, so leave one inner layer often little more than a finger.
Then pour in the Brandy obtained Cup, Galliano, grapefruit juice and pineapple.
Stir, add to your taste the ice cubes and decorated as you wish, even with a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve with straw and with a long-handled spoon to remove the inner pulp.
The decoration is achieved by cutting the fruit all around with a very sharp knife.

- 1 small fresh pineapple
- 4 tablespoons of stock 84 brandy
- 2 tablespoons of galliano
- 4 tablespoons of grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice
