Coffee Liqueur (Rosolio di Caffè)
Instructions
In a bottle put to soak coffee with alcohol for 4 days.
Prepare a syrup with water 100 cl and 1500 g of sugar and, when cooled, mix it with alcohol coffee drinks, correctly filtered.
Bottled the rosolio, tapped and let it age in a dark and cool place.
Will be ready for consumption after a month.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 250 g of coarsely ground coffee
- 1500 g of sugar
- 100 cl of water
