Simple ricotta
Instructions
Pour 300 cl of milk in a bowl and let it curdle 36 hours (you can add a few drops of lemon to speed up the process).
After this time, add a jar of natural yoghurt and boil the whole thing.
After cool strain the mixture with a clean linen cloth, you got the ricotta to be consumed preferably during the day.
