Pureed ricotta
Instructions
Whisk the ricotta with orange flower water, raisins softened in warm brandy and candied fruits.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the brandy used to soften the raisins.
Divide the ricotta into 4 bowls, pour the hot chocolate and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of ricotta
- 100 g of sultanas
- 100 g of assorted candies
- 1 tablespoon of orange flower water
- 100 g of bitter chocolate
- 1/2 cup of brandy
