Prunes in wine
Instructions
Wash and drain the prunes.
Cherries.
In a saucepan, mix the wine, cinnamon, sugar, add the thin peel of half a lemon and bring to a boil.
Soak the prunes in wine and cook for 10 minutes after resumption of the boil.
Pour everything into a bowl, let cool, then keep in the refrigerator until time to serve at the table.

- 1000 g of plums
- 75 cl of sweet rosé wine
- 125 g of sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
