Honey praline
Instructions
In a pan, on medium flame, fry the pine nuts until they're golden.
Are then drained on paper towels and chopped not too fine.
Combined in a bowl cherries, dates, orange peel, walnuts and cinnamon.
Heat the honey in a saucepan, pour it into the bowl and stir.
Add finally minced almonds and albumen.
Cut into balls and rotolatele in chopped pine nuts.
Accomodatele in a plate and let them harden in the refrigerator.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 90 g of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of tasteless olive oil
- 60 g of finely chopped cherries
- 60 g of reeled off and finely chopped dates
- 60 g of chopped candied orange peel finish
- 90 g of finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 60 g of finely minced almonds
- 1 egg whites
