Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and pass through the potato masher.
Chopped tuna, minced anchovies washed and water, add whole potatoes and mix the mixture giving it the shape of a meatloaf.
Spread of aurora sauce, decorate with sliced olives serve with triangles of toast.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 salted anchovies
- 400 g of potatoes
- 1 jar of aurora sauce
- 100 g of black olives
