The pear salsa
Instructions
Peel the pears after removing their core with the appropriate tool, cut into slices, lemon mash why not blacken and arrange them on the serving dish.
Sifting through bananas, stir in the sugar, the milk, the rum so you get with semi-fluid and pour sauce over the pears.
Before serving, keep them in the fridge for at least an hour.

- 6 ripe pears
- Lemon juice
- 5 ripe bananas
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 6 tablespoons of rum
