Cinnamon pears
Instructions
Peel the pears, remove the core, sprinkle with the juice of a lemon because they blacken.
Raccoglietele in a saucepan, add the rose wine, sugar and cinnamon stick about 4 inches.

Strain the liquid to go thin and pour it over the pears.
Keep them in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
