Pere to pinot noir
Instructions
Wash and peel the pears.
With the scooper deprive them of the core.
Lay them in a pot in which are fair and cover with half water, half red wine, cinnamon, sugar, cloves, lemon zest.
Let simmer until they are cooked.
Transfer to a dish, reduce the sauce and irrorarvele.
