Pears with mascarpone
Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them into pieces and mix with sugar, amaretti and four liquor.
Work the mixture with mascarpone, split into four bowls, Garnish each cup with an amaretto and serve.

- 4 pears
- 60 g of sugar
- 8 amaretti biscuits
- 1 dram of amaretto liqueur
- 100 g of mascarpone
