Mountain potatoes
Instructions
Wash and dry the potatoes without peeling them.
Cut into slices horizontally with a thickness of half a centimetre.
Pass the slices to hot sod while you cook spare ribs or other meat and distributive pattern frequentissimamente for a minimum of half an hour.
