Instructions
They mount the egg yolks with sugar, then joins the starch and lemon peel scrapings and finally the whipped egg whites and baking powder.
Pour this mixture into a baking pan that you already buttered and floured and bake not too hot, until a toothpick through the dry ritrarrete.
Remove the cake from the oven, turn it over and let it cool on a wire rack.
