Instructions
Transfer the jam in a bowl and slowly diluitela with two parts water, using the empty jar as a measuring cup and stirring constantly.
Add the lemon juice filtered, then passed through a sieve into a large plot.
In another bowl, whip the egg yolks with sugar until they are swollen and foamy well; then join, a little at a time and stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, diluted jam.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a prepared mold and keep it in freezer semi-spherical for 4 or 5 hours.
After this time, dessert, turn out and proceed to prepare the bomb, as indicated in specific recipes.
If you wish, you can place the ' base ' on a layer of sponge cake or Margarita Spain, which have of course the same diameter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 jar of jam with 60% sugar
- Lemon juice
- 5 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
