Chocolate panettone
Instructions
Mix the ricotta with the sugar, let stand for half an hour, add the vanilla and chopped chocolate, stirring until a thick cream and homogeneous.
Panettone-cut the canopy, so having a cylinder, empty internal pulp and add the half of this, coarsely crumbled, the ricotta cream.
Pour the mixture into the cake, close it with its dome and keep in the refrigerator a few hours.
Served with chocolate sauce.

- 1 panettone from 1000 g
- 1000 g of ricotta
- 600 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin
