Instructions

Keep the cream in the refrigerator in a couple of hours before you use it.

Beat it very gently with a whisk for non-carbonated.

Rinse the blueberries and split them into 4 cups, zuccherarli and soak them with lemon juice.

Before serving, cover the blueberries with the cream.
