Instructions
Cut the melon horizontally to three-quarters of its height, remove seeds and filaments, cut the flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl.
Combine the currants and strawberries wash, sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with liqueur and mix well.
Fill with fruit melon, cover with its cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving.
