Melon liqueurs
Instructions
Divide the melon into 8 wedges and deprive him of seeds and filaments.
Then remove the rind and cut the flesh into small squares of about 2 cm from the side.
Put them in a large bowl, add sugar, brandy, maraschino and whiskey, stirring gently.
Put in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 green melon (quality) of 1000 g
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of maraschino
- 2 tablespoons of cognac
- 2 tablespoons of whisky
