Foamy apples with walnuts and mascarpone
Instructions
Peel the apples, cut them into fairly thin slices and place them in a zuppierina.
Cover with the lemon juice and sprinkle them with sugar and chopped walnuts (leaving aside the four most beautiful).
Keep to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator, where you can also put the mascarpone.
Just before serving, remove from the refrigerator, put it in a bowl or bowl, add remaining sugar, brandy and tilted or bumped as until you will see it very puffy and fluffy.
Divide the apples into four cups, cover with the mascarpone, decorated with a walnut and serve.
