Tile of dried figs
Instructions
Grind figs, almonds, walnuts; Join us at zest of lemon, chopped chocolate, a splash of aleatico.
Line of wax paper 1 rectangular mould with butterfly screws; cover the mixture and keep it pressed for 3 hours.
Once drafted the tile, keep in refrigerator 2 hours.
Serve sliced with aleatico.

- 600 g of dried figs
- 30 g of shelled almonds and toasted walnuts
- 60 g of plain chocolate
- 1 great lime (zest)
