Instructions

Wash and peel the pears, remove the core and seeds and cut into pieces.

Put them in a steel pot with a bit of cinnamon and the grated orange peel, copritè with a glass of water and cook for 15 minutes.

At this point add the sugar, stir and continue cooking for about an hour.

Just reaches the right consistency switch and put the jam in glass jars.
