Cod with beer and grilled cheese plane with mint
Instructions
Blanch the slice of cod in a mixture to 50 per cent of water and beer, cooking and set aside to serve with a vinaigrette of oil and beer.
Cut the tree into rings with all Peel and Grill it.
Clean, cut and cook in a pan with olive oil, brown sugar, garlic and breadcrumbs and cheese outfit.
Serve the cod with grilled plantain, cheese and garnish with mint leaves.

- 20 cl of beer
- Olive oil

- 200 g of cheese
