Instructions
Wash the berries after they have been washed; put them in 1 Bowl and sprinkle with sugar, mix well and leave to macerate for 1 hour.
Shell the egg yolk in, collect 1 Bowl and mounted to foam with 1/2 tablespoon sugar.
Combine the mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons of cognac and mix until you obtain a smooth cream, then pour on 1 dish, place over the drained fruit salad and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 100 g of mascarpone
