Instructions
Cut grapefruit in half horizontally and empty without damaging the skin.
Peel and dice the remaining fruit except for grapes and split it into grapefruit peels, adding the pulp extracted from the latter bleeds stripped and cut into small pieces and wash the grapes.
Sprinkle with sugar, add the brandy and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Then join the sparkling wine and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- 2 grapefruits
- 2 bananas
- 2 pere
- 4 kiwi
- Berries 20 of white grapes
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of cognac
- 2 cups of dry sparkling wine
