Persichino liquor
Instructions
Put to infuse in alcohol the peach pits for at least two months.
Spent the time prepare a syrup with white wine and sugar, add to the mixture of alcohol and peach kernels, strain it and bottled by closing with sealing wax and Cork.
Before serving this delicious liqueur leave it in a cool, dry place for two months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 30 peach kernels
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 500 g of sugar
- 500 g of white wine
