Instructions
Let macerate in a pot Rosemary and lemon for six days, stirring once a day.
Filtered until the liquor will be perfectly clear and add the white wine and let it sit for another two days.
After this time you can enjoy the fresh dose of liqueur two half glasses after meals.
Rosemary liqueur is great.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 70 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 40 g of rosemary leaves
- 10 g of lemon zest (yellow part)
- 1 g of mace
- 100 cl of white wine
