Anise liqueur
Instructions
Do marinate the spices with alcohol in a closed jar for 20 days, stirring twice a day, and then dissolve the sugar in the water and add it to macerate leaving it sit for another two days: filtered and bottled.
You can inceralaccare the bottles or even consume the liquor.
You will appreciate the liquor throughout the fragrance after sorbendolo coffee in small cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 40 g of anise
- 2 G = = Cilantro
- Zest 1 of cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1/2 orange (zest)
- 350 g of sugar
- 400 g of water
