Pineapple liqueur
Instructions
Well ripe pineapple cleaned, trying not to throw away its juice, tritatelo and put it to macerate for 15 days with alcohol, vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
After this period all filtered very carefully.
Prepared with water and sugar and add syrup, alcohol, cold filtered.
Bottled the liquor with Cork and sealing wax and wait a fortnight before taste this delight.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 40 degrees
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 pod vanilla
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 g of mace
- 500 g of sugar
- 150 g of water
