The liqueur apricot pits
Instructions
Take 40 apricot pits.
If you don't feel like preparing the liquor in the summer you can safely take it in season and leaving them there; rompetene ten to extract almond and let others adult; cover with half a litre of alcohol and allow to infuse for 10 days.

At the end of 10 days, prepare a syrup with 300 Gr.
of sugar and water 400 (very indicative dosages: add water if you want a less strong liquor, add sugar if you want it sweeter), remove the seals to the pot and pour in the syrup; stir and put the seals with: open between twenty days.

of waiting, open, filtered and bottled.
Has a pleasant flavour of bitter almonds, and a rather high alcohol content.

- 300 g of sugar
- 400 g of water
