Linguine fiorilli and mussels
Instructions
Saute garlic and simmer the fiorilli.
Boil the mussels open, remove the clam from the shell and retain the filtered water.
Sauté the garlic with olive oil and paprika (if you like) and unite the insaporirvi mussels fiorilli, condirvi and skipping them in a pan previously cooked linguine.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of fiorilli courgettes
- 1000 g of mussels in their shells
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Type pasta linguine
